How Do I Play These Spins?
Offer Check First
Pick the offer that matches your plans: some need a deposit, others do not. Check the slot name and the code before you commit to anything.
Before You Sign Up vs After
Register with your email address and real details, since you may hold one account only. Duplicates get closed, so use a single profile from the start.
Excitewin Casino Bonus Tab
Head to the bonus section and enter the code, or claim the offer shown there, before its activation days run out. Late claims simply expire without a spin.
Use a Counted Method
Pay in at least the minimum the offer names, and skip Skrill or Neteller, which are excluded. A smaller or excluded payment leaves the spins uncredited.
Load the Right Game
Launch the named game and the spins load at their fixed value, on that slot alone. Opening another game will not spend them.
Wager Without Overspending
Excitewin Casino turns spin winnings into bonus money, so you wager them on slots within the offer days. Keep every bet under the maximum, or the balance can be voided.
Weekend Spins Ahead
Quiet Saturday or Busy Sunday, Spins Either Way
Here is which weekend day carries which slot, spin value and condition, so you can plan a deposit.
Saturday
Double Diamond · 25x Winnings · Min Deposit $50 · Valid For 2 Days
Sunday
Diamond Strike · 30x Winnings · Min Deposit $50 · Valid For 3 Days
Counting Your Winnings
Meet the Wagering and Claim Your Winnings
Keep Your Play on Slots
Play the wagered amount on slots and each dollar counts in full toward the requirement, while table games and live tables chip in far less or nothing at all.
The A$8 Bet Ceiling
While the winnings stay bonus money, keep each bet at or under A$8 so a single spin above that ceiling can void the balance you are working through.
Excitewin Casino Credits Bonus First
A 143-spin welcome win does not land in your cash balance: it arrives as bonus money, and only becomes withdrawable once the full wagering on it is complete.
Big Win, Long Path to Cash
Every offer here carries a wagering factor of 37 on the bonus, so A$14.30 of nominal spins pays around A$13.73 and asks for about A$508.01 in turnover before it clears.

Play Controls
When the Reels Stop Being Fun
You will know where the limits sit and how to pause, cool off or walk away.
The reels stopping never obliges you to deposit or to keep playing. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion sit in your account whenever you need them. If play stops feeling like play, Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia and the National Self-Exclusion Register are there.
deposit limits
Caps how much you can put in over a chosen period, so a session cannot outspend your plan.
self-exclusion
Blocks your account from play for the stretch you pick, and no offer overrides it.
session time reminders
Pings you when an agreed block of play time ends, so you decide whether to continue.
Get Your Spins Back
Spins Absent or Gone: What Now?
Deposit Below the Minimum
Spins tied to a deposit need at least A$15 or A$30 depending on the offer, so a smaller top-up leaves the bonus unclaimed; add the difference and the spins trigger again.
Claimed Versus Unclaimed
Before a top-up, the bonus spins sit inactive until you open the bonus area of your account and claim them, so a forgotten click looks exactly like missing spins.
The Right Slot Waiting
Spins fire in the named game only, so opening any other title shows an empty counter; load Tome of Madness or whichever slot the bonus names and they appear.
Is Another Bonus Open?
While one bonus is already running, a second set stays locked out of view; finish or forfeit the active bonus and the spins surface in the bonus area.
One Oversized Bet
Going above the A$8 maximum bet while wagering, or staking more than A$4 on the no-deposit spins, can wipe the bonus and its winnings, so drop your stake and ask support.
What Should I Send Support?
Once the simple checks fail, message live chat with the code you used and the rough time you claimed it; support answers around the clock and can trace the entry.
Straight answers, fewer doubts
Spins Landed and Questions Piling Up
Can I change how much each spin is worth?
+
No, the stake is fixed by the offer. Each spin plays at its stated value, from A$0.10 upwards, on the slot named for that deal. Ask support to raise or lower it and you will be told the same thing.
Can I take more than one spin deal at a time?
+
Yes, but the offers do not stack into one pot. Welcome steps arrive in order of your first two deposits, while code spins, weekly deals and level rewards each come with their own limit. Read the terms of the deal before claiming it.
When does my licence protection start counting?
+
Play here runs under Curaçao eGaming, licence 8048/JAZ2021-052, held by Excitewin N.V. and numbered 356847. That matters if a payout dispute ever lands on a desk, because the regulator is named and reachable. Keep your account details accurate so any complaint is easy to trace.
Do I need to play the spins on the named slot only?
+
No, spins are locked to the slot named in the offer, whether that is Tome of Madness or Fire Joker. Firing them on a different game usually voids the batch. Open the exact title from the bonus section and the counter will move.
What if I want my spin winnings out fast?
+
Winnings sit as bonus money until the wagering is complete, so cashing out before that point clears the balance. Once you finish the playthrough, request a withdrawal and expect verification to take around 22 hours. Cashouts then land in about 37 hours.
